Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy (UAE)

Please allow between 7–15 days for your order to arrive. All orders are shipped from our Wasl Branch. If more than 30 days have passed, please email us at CSUAE@protein-house.com to review the status of your order. All prices and transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Refunds will be handled through email if necessary, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery but remains unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company (some processing delays may occur).
  3. Next, contact your bank.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at CSUAE@protein-house.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at customerservice@protein-house.com and send your item to:

Return Shipping

To return your product, please ship it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over AED 275, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
